We operate a transparent dual-track MOQ system: for existing stock tooling (standard fiberglass frames, black/navy pongee fabrics with laser or silk screen branding), our MOQ is 200 pieces. For bespoke custom projects requiring Pantone-matched canopy dyeing, custom woven jacquards, or bespoke injection handle molds, our standard MOQ is 500 pieces.
Q: How does the 100% tooling fee rebate mechanism work in practice?
When developing a proprietary handle shape or custom ferrule, an initial tooling cost ($800 - $2,500) is paid upfront for hardened steel CNC molds. Once your cumulative order volume for that item reaches 5,000 units (either in a single order or spread over multiple purchase orders within 12 months), 100% of that tooling charge is refunded as a credit on your final mass production invoice.
